In the event that the product is unsuitable or damaged we will find a solution.
Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal: Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
Orders may also be cancelled before fulfilment through the cancellation option provided on the order confirmation page. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, the withdrawal period begins from the date the goods are received.

Damaged Product: In the event that your item is damaged, please email us at together@commune.cc and include a photo. We will respond back with replacement details.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your product or made an error in ordering we will happily refund you. The product must be in its original state and resalable. Please contact us at together@commune.cc. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will issue any refund on your original payment method.
